VETEX MANUFACTURING · MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATION
Your material. Your dimensions.
One agreed specification.
Custom manufacture for distributors, importers and private-label brands. Start with your existing specification, or discuss a material and finished-size requirement with VETEX.

These are examples, not a closed range or safety grades. Other materials and existing customer specifications can be assessed. Suitability and supporting evidence depend on the complete construction.
Base textile

Custom manufacture does not mean unspecified manufacture. Agree the following details for your order.
| Decision | What to send | What to confirm together |
|---|---|---|
| Material & finish | Your specified fabric, coating or treatment | Exact construction and relevant sample |
| Finished dimensions | Length × width, with units; drawing if available | Agreed dimensions and tolerances |
| Handles & seams | Corner, edge, seam and reinforcement requirements | Complete sample or approved drawing |
| Weight & logistics | Destination, quantity and packaging requirements | Net weight, gross weight and carton details by configuration |
| Testing & documents | Target market, standard and test method | Report scope matched to the actual construction |
| Branding & packaging | Artwork, labels and preferred bag or box | Included items, sample terms and quotation |
Use these prompts to describe your project, not as a list of approved applications. Selection here records an enquiry context only.
All blanket dimensions are manufactured to customer requirements. Send the finished length and width with units, or provide a drawing for review.

05 · HANDLE CONFIGURATION
One handle at each corner.
Handle material, length, reinforcement, stitching and color are agreed against your specification. The presentation image is not an engineering drawing or evidence of tested performance.
Material data, finished-blanket test evidence and use instructions answer different questions. Confirm the sample identity and scope of each document.
REVIEW THE COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION
Ask which datasheet corresponds to the selected textile and finish.
Identify the tested sample, method, report date, results and limitations.
Confirm relevant approved instructions for the exact configuration and intended use.
Trial orders can start from 10 pieces, subject to configuration and order terms. Sample conditions and customized-order quantities are confirmed separately.
Share the material, dimensions, quantity and required evidence.
Discuss feasibility, sample terms and the proposed specification.
Agree the construction, packaging and required testing before ordering.
Base the order on the agreed specification and commercial terms.
08 · OEM / PRIVATE LABEL
Discuss your material, dimensions, labels and packaging with VETEX. Artwork, included items, sample conditions and order terms are confirmed for the project.
Packaging is specified around the actual blanket, agreed branding and delivery requirements. The options shown are not one standard kit.

Existing sample packaging is shown. Your approved artwork, included items and packed dimensions are agreed for each order.
Specify the preferred format; confirm fit against the finished blanket.
Agree the blanket quantity, bag or box, straps, labels and documents in the quotation.
Confirm net weight, gross weight, carton dimensions and pieces per carton for the selected configuration.
Review artwork and label requirements before the order is confirmed.
Use this checklist during specification and sample review. It is not a claim of certification or an inspection record.
11 · SECOND-SOURCE EVALUATION
Send the material specification, dimensions, construction details and packaging reference for comparison. Equivalence and relevant evidence need assessment; they are not assumed from appearance or fabric weight.
12 · CUSTOM SPECIFICATION RFQ
Share your specification, dimensions or project brief. Leave undecided details blank for assessment.

No. These are examples, not an exhaustive range or performance grades. Send another material requirement or an existing specification for assessment. Availability and suitability are confirmed for the proposed construction.
No. VETEX manufactures to customer-specified dimensions. Provide finished blanket length, width and units, or send your drawing. Dimensions, tolerances, construction and packaging are agreed for the order; no catalogue size is automatically selected.
Start with your existing specification, intended use, target market and required testing. A material name or fabric weight alone does not establish the performance of the finished blanket.
The VETEX configuration shown uses four pulling handles, one at each corner. Confirm handle material, dimensions, reinforcement and stitching against your approved specification.
Yes. Share your branding, label and packaging requirements for review. Included items, artwork, sample conditions and order terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Trial orders can start from 10 pieces, subject to configuration and order terms. This is not a universal minimum for every custom or private-label project. Ask separately about sample availability and cost.
Yes. Send your existing specification, photographs, packaging reference or sample details. Matching a material description does not automatically establish equivalent performance or certification.
Tell us the exact configuration and required standard. We will review which material information, finished-product test evidence and instructions are relevant and available. A report for one sample must not be assumed to cover every customized version.
No. Do not treat a blanket as an extinguisher, a guarantee of safe containment or a substitute for qualified emergency response. Battery-involved vehicle fires can present explosion and toxic-gas hazards. Intended use, limitations and instructions require qualified review.
